Security for AI agent mailboxes
Revdoku gives AI agents private mailboxes for email, attachments and files.

Security controls

| Sender access | A sender can send email to a mailbox. A sender cannot open the files in it. |
| Two-factor authentication | Turn it on for the people on your account. |
| Activity logs | Each action by a person or an agent goes into the log. |
| Version history | See the changes to a file. Restore an earlier version. |
Give each agent only the access that it needs. Use a separate mailbox for data that needs different permissions.
Transparency and audit logs
The dashboard shows each email and each action that a person or a connected agent takes. Use these views to see what your agents read and changed.
Read all email of a mailbox in one inbox.
The activity log shows the actions of each connection. You can filter it by CLI, MCP or web.
An AI agent in a terminal reads the same email through the Revdoku CLI.

Data is the place where your email and files are stored. Processing is the place where computing and AI models run.
