Zapier and Automation Workflows

Automation tools are useful for moving events between apps. Revdoku is useful when those events create files that need to be stored, updated, shared, or published.

Automation patterns

  • Send generated reports or exported files into a Revdoku workspace through an API-capable automation step.
  • Create a workspace per customer, project, incident, campaign, or generated site.
  • Store source files, outputs, screenshots, and follow-up notes at stable paths.
  • Publish selected static output when an automation should produce a public share link.
For custom automation, use the Workspace Storage API directly. The API is the durable integration surface for creating workspaces, uploading files, managing versions, and publishing output.
