Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of the Terms of Use and applies to all Revdoku accounts, files, incoming and sent email, and connected tools or agents. Its effective date follows the Terms’ acceptance and change-notice rules.

Use Revdoku responsibly

Use Revdoku lawfully and respect other people’s rights. You must not use it, or knowingly help others use it, for:

• Illegal activity, fraud, phishing, or deceptive impersonation.
• Child sexual exploitation, nonconsensual intimate content, threats, harassment, or promoting violence or terrorism.
• Infringing copyright or other rights, or obtaining or disclosing personal data or private communications without authorization.
• Malware, unauthorized access, credential theft, or attacks on the security or availability of any system.
• Spam, email flooding, or automation that disrupts the Service.
• Evading plan limits, payment obligations, security controls, or account restrictions.

Keep your users, integrations, and agents within their permissions. Authorized security research is allowed, but testing Revdoku’s systems requires our permission. Receiving an unsolicited abusive email does not by itself violate this policy.

Mailboxes can send email only to addresses that emailed them and passed sender authentication, to members of their account, and to other mailboxes of their account. Do not send unsolicited or bulk email. You are responsible for email sent by your users and agents. We may pause sending from a mailbox or account.

Enforcement and reporting

We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict access, reject email, remove content, or suspend or terminate accounts under the Terms and Privacy Policy. Where reasonable and lawful, we will explain the action and allow correction or appeal. Urgent legal or security issues may require immediate action.

Report abuse or appeal a restriction at support@revdoku.com. Include enough information to identify the issue, without passwords or copies of illegal material. Copyright complaints follow our DMCA Copyright Policy.
