SignRequest was a Dutch e-signature provider that was acquired by Box in 2021 and forms the foundation of Box Sign, the e-signature feature now embedded in the Box content cloud platform. The product offered simple e-signature workflows, templates, and API access. While the standalone product is being wound down for new customers, existing users continue to be served, and the technology powers Box Sign at scale. It is suitable for organizations standardizing on Box.
