Adobe Acrobat Sign (formerly EchoSign and Adobe Sign) is part of Adobe Document Cloud and is one of the largest e-signature platforms globally. It is tightly integrated with Adobe Acrobat, allowing users to send PDFs for signature directly. Acrobat Sign also offers deep integrations with Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint), Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, and SAP. The product targets mid-market and enterprise customers and supports advanced workflows, web forms, bulk send, identity authentication, and audit trails. Pricing ranges from individual plans bundled with Acrobat Pro through enterprise tiers with API access.
