Receive sensitive documents into a controlled mailbox
Clients, patients or partners send documents to a mailbox address from any email app. Revdoku scans each email for malware and, with AI labels on, labels suspected prompt injection, then stores it with its attachments in the EU.

Control who can send and who can read
- Allowed senders. On every plan, limit a mailbox to exact email addresses or domains, up to 500 entries.
- Access for each agent and person. Give access to selected mailboxes only: Read only, Read & write or Full access.
- Two-factor authentication for the people on your account.
- Activity log. Each read and change by a person or an agent is recorded.
- Version history. See every change to a file and restore an earlier version.
A sender can email the mailbox but can never open the files in it. A mailbox replies to people who emailed it and passed sender authentication, and can also email account members and the account’s other mailboxes.
Where your data stays
Email, attachments and files are stored in the EU. Servers run in the EU, and AI models run in the EU with zero data retention. Revdoku does not use your email or files to train general-purpose AI models. A Data Processing Agreement is available, and the GDPR page lists the processors. The security page has the details.
HIPAA, US hosting and a high-security mode
The Enterprise plan offers expanded capacity, advanced security, US hosting for servers and data, HIPAA support and a high-security mode. In a high-security account, sensitive files and metadata get extra per-account encryption, content indexing is off, and the mailbox only receives email.
