What you can do

Save attachments
Save each attachment to Google Drive or Dropbox.

Update a spreadsheet
Add a row with the sender, the subject and the date of each email.

Post a message in Slack when an important email arrives.

Connect Zapier in 8 steps

You need: a free Revdoku account and a paid Zapier plan, because Webhooks by Zapier is not on the free plan. You also need a Revdoku API key with Read & write access.

Create your free inbox. Sign up with Google, GitHub or your email. No card needed.

Create an API key. In your Revdoku dashboard, open Account → Access . Create an API key with Read & write access and copy it.

Find your mailbox ID. Run this command with your key. Mailbox IDs start with bkt_ : curl https://api.revdoku.com/v1/mailboxes \

Create a Zap. For the trigger, choose Webhooks by Zapier and then Catch Hook . Copy the webhook URL.

Send the URL to Revdoku. Replace MAILBOX_ID and the URL, then run: curl -X PUT https://api.revdoku.com/v1/mailboxes/MAILBOX_ID/email/webhook \

Read the email. Add a Webhooks by Zapier action with GET . Add the header Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY . Use this URL with data.mailbox_id and data.email_id from the trigger: https://api.revdoku.com/v1/mailboxes/{mailbox_id}/emails/{email_id}

Turn on the Zap. Add the next steps, for example save the attachment or post a message. Then turn on the Zap.

Send a test email. Send an email with an attachment to your mailbox address. Check the Zap history for the new run.

Zapier cannot check the signature that Revdoku adds to each webhook call. Keep the webhook URL private.
