# Email Inbox for Meta Muse: Documents and Sign-In Emails

## Keep each task in its own Revdoku mailbox

Each Revdoku mailbox has a unique email address. Separate documents, signup messages, and receipts into mailboxes; give Muse access only to its task’s mailbox.

## Connect Muse to your inbox

[Meta’s connector guidance](https://www.meta.com/en-gb/help/artificial-intelligence/1687253048996149/) says Muse can create Custom Connectors for unlisted services on request. Muse may retrieve API information; its Secure Credentials Store holds the credentials.

1. Create a Revdoku documents inbox.
2. Ask Muse to create a **read-only** custom connector using [Revdoku’s public API documentation](https://revdoku.com/api.md), limited to that mailbox.
3. Follow the supported authorization flow and check the selected mailbox and permissions.
4. Send or forward a document from your existing email service.
5. Ask Muse to list the sender, subject, and attachment filename, then summarize the document. Compare its answer with the original in Revdoku’s web inbox.

## Three small uses for your Meta Muse email inbox

- **Contractor quotations:** Forward quotation attachments; compare prices, proposed dates, and exclusions. For example, compare €900 for October 15 with €1,050 for October 10; flag the earlier date’s €150 premium.
- **Research account signup:** Receive confirmation or a magic link for an account you use.
- **Order receipts:** Collect receipts; have Muse list merchants, dates, and totals, retaining originals for checking.
