Mailboxes for your app's users
Your app creates a mailbox for each of its users through the Revdoku API. Each mailbox can use your own domain, such as jane@inbox.yourapp.com. Your users receive email and attachments without a Revdoku account. Your app can also keep files for each user in the mailbox storage.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I connect different AI apps to Revdoku?
Yes. Connect two or more AI apps, for example ChatGPT and Claude, to the same mailbox. They see the same emails and stored files, so they can work together on one task. The activity log shows which app read or changed each email and file, and why.
Is Revdoku free?
Yes. Create a free mailbox. The Free plan includes 3 mailboxes, 3,000 incoming and 500 sent emails a month, and 3 GB of storage. You do not need a card. Each email that you send on the Free plan ends with one line about Revdoku.
What if I need more?
Upgrade in your Revdoku account when you need more mailboxes or more emails. You can also upgrade to use your own domain, for example agent@inbox.yourcompany.com. Your account shows the plans and their limits.
What happens after I sign up?
Revdoku creates your first mailbox right away and shows its address in your dashboard. Then connect your AI app. Paste the setup prompt into it, or follow the guide for your app on the AI apps page.
Can my agent send email?
Yes. Your agent replies to people who emailed its mailbox, and it can email your account members and your other mailboxes. It cannot start conversations with other addresses.
Do users of my app need Revdoku accounts?
No. Your server creates the mailboxes and controls access for each user.

Where does Revdoku store my data?
Revdoku stores your data in the European Union (EU) by default. AES-256 encryption protects stored data. TLS encryption protects data during transfer.
